Microsoft is committed to training and certification in 'Cloud' in its new fiscal year

Even more if we take into account that the company trained in the past fiscal year about 10,545 professionals of its ecosystem of partners in everything related to the cloud. “ Partner ecosystem that is a real wonder. The best in the world, I could almost say bluntly, ”as Carolina Castillo, director of Companies and Partners of Microsoft Iberian explained in a meeting with the press. Good proof of this strategy is the development of innovative Cloud offers by both Microsoft and its Channel, which translates into the growth of its catalog of products and services; catalog that, at present, consists of about 5,000 solutions - almost double those existing a year ago - in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data or security.

A scenario, in short, that is nothing more than the implementation of what Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft , has come to call ' Tech Intensity ', what Santiago Oller, director of the Channel Development of Microsoft Iberian, translates as “ rather than looking for specific talent of a thing, what we want is to find people who want to learn technology, open to learn constantly; be in constant predisposition to learn, and more in technology. And that is seen in the training centers with which we have an agreement and that are already beginning to train specific personnel for their insertion in the labor market ”.

Although, in this sense, the company wants to go further, and in addition to training specific personnel focused on new technologies - both staff and its customers -, it will also develop the learning process in new technologies in careers that are not related to her, but they can use their weight as an added value for future clients.

Thus, it is necessary to highlight the 'Student 4.0' initiative, framed in the program 'CreaFuturo' of the Ministry of Economy and Business, focused on training young people for their subsequent employment as Cloud professionals within the ecosystem of Microsoft partners . To which we must add that the company has intensified its Microsoft Learn, Microsoft AI School and Microsoft AI Business School training programs, available for free and that allow the design of a specific training itinerary based on the professional profile.

Therefore, and to enhance the innovation capacity of its Spanish partners , Microsoft has created Advanced Solutions to enhance its differentiation and scale capacity. It is a program that allows to obtain a specialization in a specific area of ​​competence, so that they can become Gold Partners and go one step further on topics such as SAP on Azure, Kubernetes or open source databases in Azure ; partners that, in addition, increase their visibility for customers through a priority ranking in searches and, at the same time, guarantee potential customers compliance with the highest standards of service and support.
